Wholesale Terms

Wholesale accounts must be approved by Blue Beam Drinks LLC. Wholesale accounts agree not to advertise Blue Beam products below the established Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) without prior written consent.

Violation of MAP policies may result in suspension or termination of wholesale privileges.

Approval

We reserve the right to approve or deny wholesale accounts.

Pricing

Wholesale pricing is confidential and may not be publicly advertised below agreed MAP pricing.

Payment Terms

Payment terms may include:

• Prepaid
• Net 7 / Net 15 (if approved)

Late payments may result in account suspension.

 

Minimum Orders

Minimum order quantities may apply.

 

Delivery

Delivery schedules are subject to availability.

 

Damage Claims

Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
